Delete your IELTS Prep BD account

You can permanently delete your account and associated data from the app. You can also request deletion if you cannot access the in-app control.

Delete your account in the app

Open IELTS Prep BD and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Settings, then select Privacy.
Select Delete account.
Review the warning and select Delete permanently.

If you cannot use the app

Email support@ieltsappbd.com with the subject IELTS Prep BD account deletion. Send the request from the email address on the account when possible, or include the verified phone number used for the account. We may ask for limited verification so that another person cannot delete your account.

Data that is deleted

Your authentication account, name, email address or phone number, and profile settings.
Synced learning progress, practice history, answers, scores, streaks, and vocabulary activity.
Writing and Speaking submissions, transcripts, and stored AI feedback.
Referral, promo, AI-usage, Premium entitlement, support, and account-linked payment-submission records.
Account-scoped learning data stored locally on the device where deletion is completed.

Deletion is permanent.

The normal deletion process removes account-linked data immediately. Limited records may be retained only when required by law or necessary to resolve fraud, security, or payment disputes, and only for the applicable retention period.

Deleting some data without deleting the account

IELTS Prep BD does not currently provide a separate request to delete only selected server data while keeping the account. You may clear local app data through Android settings, but synced account data will remain until the account is deleted.
